BBA Engagement Model

This is Bill Bigler Associates (BBA) approach to most engagements. We can certainly adapt based on a client’s needs though. The steps have the following features:

  1. They use time, speed, results and continuous improvement as the reference point.
  2. Content in the form of activity, projects and initiatives are “pulled” when needed throughout the steps and at the right time. We abhor loading up front a rash of initiatives that put the firm in initiative overload. This causes frustration and cynicism, not to mention potentially squandering resources.
